On Friday June 17^th, SWN had the honor of hosting our annual meeting. The purpose of the annual meeting is to celebrate the accomplishments of the organization and its stakeholders and to provide additional visibility to SWN’s accomplishments as the leader in workforce development of the Susquehanna Region.

This year, our keynote speaker was Mika J. Cross, an award winning workplace transformation strategist. Mika presented the “Changing Nature of Work”, top trending workforce issues affecting employers and the workforce today.
