We offer job-focused seminars for youth and young adults under age 25, including:

Get the knowledge and skills you need to successfully – and confidently – enter the workforce. If you are aged 16-24 and reside in Cecil or Harford counties, contact one of our workforce centers to get more information about careers, education/training, and employment and take one step closer to your next job or career.
Youth & Young Adult Committee
The Susquehanna Youth Committee is a 20-member body representing education, business, juvenile justice, law enforcement, public housing, parents, youth, and youth service providers. Members bring their expertise to the table to advise on programming and to identify service needs and gaps, ensuring high-quality programming for youth and young adults.
Job Fairs
Meet with recruiters and start building a professional network at one of our two annual job fairs, held each year in March and April. The fairs are for youth and young adults (ages 16-24) who are looking for summer employment or a full-time entry-level job. Learn More Â

If members of your organization or agency need first-time training – or a refresher – on basic employability information, we’ve got you covered. We offer seminars covering topics such as job search, career options, background checks/security clearances/drug testing.
Training
