About the SYC
The Susquehanna Youth Council is a twenty member body representing education, business, juvenile justice, law enforcement, public housing, parents, youth and youth service providers. The Council is an advisor to the Workforce Investment Board of the Susquehanna Workforce Network. The Council advises the Board on youth policy issues, and is responsible for the creation of a comprehensive service delivery system for youth in Cecil and Harford Counties.
Services
All youth in Cecil and Harford Counties can obtain FREE information on careers, education and training, and employment at the Workforce Centers in Cecil and Harford Counties or through the www.swnetwork.org Web site.
